Q: How long does standard shipping take?
A: Our processing time is 1 day and our shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
Q: Can I return or exchange my items if they don't fit?
A: Yes you may exchange your items! We require you to contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number along with a short description of the issue so we can process the exchange.
After talking things through with you, we will have you ship us the items needing exchange and upon reciept of the incorrect item/s we will ship out the replacements immediately.
We unfortunately do not offer returns at this time, but if you'd like to return an item for store credit we can absolutely do that for you!
Q: What if I experience an issue with my order? What if something doesn't fit me well?
A: Not to worry. We are here to help, we want you to feel and look your best. Please send images and a brief description, along with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to rectify it for you. If something isn't right, don't fret, we'll be with you shortly.
